By placing them with loving and nurturing temporary foster families and providing all the necessary medical care, food, and basic training to ensure they become healthy and learn how to be an integral part of a family. During their time with foster families, their personalities and behaviors can be evaluated to eventually match and place them with their rigorously-approved furever families.
