Freedom German Shepherd Rescue Adoption Application

Thank you for applying to Freedom German Shepherd Rescue.  In order to be considered to adopt one of our rescue dogs, we require a completed adoption application, a veterinary reference, a phone interview, and a home visit. Our mission is to find the best homes for our dogs. Applicants are expected to pass all parts of the steps in the process in order to be able to adopt from Freedom GSR.
