Hi ya!! I’m Arya. Are you looking for someone to run with 482 days of the year?!?!?! Have a high energy doggo companion that you need tired out?! I can do that! And then we can go running! I'm a 60 pound, just over a year old, high energy fur missile, er I mean doggo, who’s looking for a family that will give me a job, or play with me every day. I can jump high, run fast, scale fences, and have even tried to catch birds or airplanes mid flight! Man those things are fast, but   I’m sure I can get them next time! Because I'm always reaching, more like jumping, for the sky, I will need a 6 foot fence. Though I have high energy needs, once I wear out my foster siblings, I do well self entertaining with an assortment of toys. After that, I'll sneak up to you on the couch or bed for a quick snuggle nap. I do well with big and small, young and old, fur foster siblings. Although I have a ton of wiggles to get out, I have learned to respect my elder pack members.   My foster parents have crate and house trained me. When someone comes home, I wanna practice my kung foo! But my foster parents tell me that's not what I’m supposed to do. I will sit when given the command, but haven’t learned how to stay yet. I’m very treat and food motivated and would take very well to training. I came into the rescue from animal control as a stray, and Freedom German Shepherd Rescue saved me. I am kid friendly, but with as many wiggles as I have, slow introductions are necessary so I don’t knock them down saying, "Hiiii!!". I've also heard about cats. I don’t know what those are, but with training, and a dog savvy cat, my foster parents are confident I could learn to be around those too!   If you would like to make me a member of your family, please reach out to your adoption coordinator.
