Everybody meet RORY!   If you are looking for the cutest, fluffiest and sweetest little puppy, Rory is your boy!! Rory is approximately   16 weeks old, 25 lbs, microchipped and up to date on vaccines and preventatives.  He is potty and crate trained and dog and child friendly. Rory is the funniest little boy with the perfect amount of energy. He loves to play, romp around and chew his toys but equally loves his nap time! He will put himself down for a nap all on his own. He is very loving and affectionate (especially with his foster dad).He does very well in his crate and can sleep through most of the night!  If he needs to potty, he will get restless and then cry to be let outside! Sometimes he doesn’t want to come back in, but with a little encouragement, he will. He still has all his puppy teeth so that means his love bites are sharp! He will mouth and nibble you but stop when told. He then comes back for more so he will need guidance on that while he’s getting his big boy teeth. Rory gets excitable toward people and children before meeting them and seeing them at a distance. He will bark, especially with fast moving children. With proper introductions, he’s loved everyone he’s met (including a toddler aged child).  Rory loves to be out in the yard and finding sticks to carry around! He chases leaves that blow in the wind and runs after flying bugs. His foster sister is a 5yr old, 50 lb. GSD and all he wants to do is play with her and follow her around! Since he is still a puppy and didn’t have any guidance on proper play, he can be a little bit much for a dog that doesn’t want to play 24/7. He is learning proper play and communication from her and from his foster parents. He listens when she tells him to leave her alone. With more time and exposure he will be the perfect play companion for another dog!  Rory is learning how to sit, how to walk nicely on a slip lead and learning the word no!
