Hi All!   My name is Skye and I’m a 5.5 month old GSD mix. The vet said that I was a sweetie and did a real good job at the office and didn't even cry when I got my shots!   My foster mommy says I am the sweetest thing and just an all round great pup!   Sometimes I can get nervous and unsure about new things, but tend to settle into whatever it is we are doing.   We are still working on my house training and regular trips outside are definitely a must for me to be successful!   However, I am doing great at night (if I get everything out really good before bed) and am mastering my crate training!   Food is a big motivator for me!   At my foster home I live with a variety of animals— from cats and ferrets to horses and goats and they are so much fun!   Sometimes if I see a cat run I like to join in, too. I do my best to mind my manners and am respectful, but will need a reminder not to chase.. though I will say, a couple of the cats here chase and attack ME!!!   So Rude!!!   There are three dogs here and my best friend is a 2yo GSD.   I  make sure I follow him EVERYWHERE!   Sometimes he seems annoyed with me, but he loves me, I know it!   I love to play with him and the husky, but sometimes they play a bit too rough so I just flop over and give them kisses!   There is an old dog here, too and she shows me how to be a good girl, how to stay out of the horses and goat's way and how to patrol the yard for invaders!    Oh, and I love to play in water!   There is a pond here and I jumped in the other day!   First, it was kind of scary, but then I figured it all out and it's AWESOME!   Now I play in the water all the time- the pond, puddles, water troughs!   If you are lucky enough to convince my foster mommy to let me live with you, can you please take me swimming sometimes?   Please!?
