Hello everyone! My name is Chase and I am excited to find my forever family. I am a  7 month-old, puppy. I am a little on the light side right now, weighing in at approximately 45 lbs. We are working on me gaining a little bit more weight, though.   I came to the shelter due to my former family not being able to care for me. I know basic commands and am potty trained. I can give you my paw if you ask. I am a very smart puppy. I have even figured out how to open the back door. I haven't gotten it all the way open yet, but I am getting there. My foster mom said she has to make sure to keep an eye on me.    I am pretty good on a leash and my foster mom knows the more I go out the better I will get. I enjoy walks, playing with a ball, a good squeaky toy, and belly rubs. I just love belly rubs; you can't get enough of them. I also love car rides, I am such a good boy in the car. Going for a ride is the best ever.    I am crate trained and at night my foster parents let me sleep out of my crate. Sometimes I like to sleep on the bed next to my foster mom. I also enjoy sitting on the couch next to my family. My foster mom was very surprised at how well-behaved I was for my baths. I was so good and having such a good time that I even laid down. I do tend to get a little vocal when I meet new furry friends. I just get so excited that I can't help it. I really am a sweet boy and just love to spend time with my family. I have a furry foster brother who is the same age as me. Having a friend to play with is the best, we are with each other so much that our foster mom always calls us “boys.” I get along with my foster brothers who are the same size as me and I also get along with my furry foster brother and sister who are much smaller than me. My foster family has some baby chickens in the house and for the most part, I ignore them. My foster family is always saying how sweet and cute I am.   I am currently being fostered in Aberdeen.
