Hi world, I’m Suki!   I don’t know exactly how old I am, but I’m estimated to be somewhere between 10 and 14 months.   I’ve been cared for at some time in my life, and I don’t know how I ended up in the shelter on death row.   I know some commands and I am whip smart!   My foster mom is working on my training and manners every day.   I walk very well on a leash, but I do have a pretty high prey drive and will lunge at birds and squirrels if given the opportunity.   I love, love, love to take rides in the car and I am completely reliable when left in the car for short periods of time (when the weather is appropriate for me to be left, of course).   I have tons of energy and I love to play….HARD….after all, I am a baby girl.   I’m going to need lots of attention and stimulation and would love to have a playmate or two.   I might be good at dog agility; my aerial skills are amazing!   I prefer to be outside, so a fenced yard would be desirable and would need to be 5-6 feet high to contain me.   My foster mom thinks I am probably a swimmer, as rain nor mud faze me at all.   In fact, I enjoy it! I am crate trained and do well when crated, but sometimes I don’t want to go in and will wiggle my behind and lay down like dead weight. I also am potty trained, which I understand is a wonderful skill to have! I have no manners when feeding time comes around.   I am quite thin at 54lbs, so I could stand to gain some weight.   I am a pretty girl, with a little bit of white on my chest and paws and an interesting light undercoat on my tail.   I’m mouthy as I was not taught that putting my teeth on humans was not acceptable, but I am constantly improving.   I don’t have any trouble snuggling up to anyone, anywhere.   My foster mom calls me all kinds of names in addition to Suki, but she is a little bit loopy.   You know, , Poppy, Pretty Princess, Baby Girl, all that sappy stuff.   I think she likes me a little bit.   I am now available for adoption and would love to find my forever home.   Give me a shout (any name will suffice)!
