Hi, I’m Sawyer! I’m a beautiful 75lb, one year old liver/sable colored shepherd boy.  My foster mama says I’m still a little thin, so you can expect me to add a few pounds.   I love food, though, so it shouldn’t take long!   I love to be around my furry foster siblings and my foster mama. In fact, I would probably do best in a home with another furry dog sibling. I’m a relatively easy going boy who just wants to be wherever you are.   So if you’re looking for a guy who likes to go on an adventure in the morning and then cuddle up and watch movies all afternoon, I’m your man.I am fully house trained and have a medium energy level.   I still have some puppy tendencies, but with a little practice and treat motivation I should learn pretty fast. I am very curious about counters and would do best with empty counters or a watchful eye while I continue to learn what is and isn’t mine. I don’t mind car rides or seeing new places as long as I have my family to look to for guidance. Oh, and I’m starting to really like toys, especially if they squeak, so please have plenty of those for me! I’m not a huge fan of crates, but for the most part I do okay in the house during the day and I love laying next to the bed while we all sleep.   I don’t really understand laying on furniture, but I can learn if you want me to. Really, I just want a ton of love and a family that likes cuddles as much as me!
