Kira is an energetic, pocket-sized bundle of joy! She’s around 2 years old and weighs approximately 40 pounds. This girl is one of the sweetest dogs that I have ever met and she brings so much joy to any room she is in. She loves everyone and loves to play and cuddle. Kira is crate trained and house trained but doesn't enjoy being in her crate so she will whine and try to escape. She is dog friendly and has been fine with my cat. She hasn’t tried to chase him at all. She hasn’t been around children, but she’s been great with everyone that she’s met. She can get a little excited when seeing new dogs and people, so she would greatly benefit from a training program that will help her continue to work on state of mind and impulse control. Because she gets so excited when meeting new dogs, she will need proper introductions when meeting them. Kira has quite a bit of energy, so she is not going to be happy as a couch potato. She would do best in an active home that will continue to work with and challenge her, both mentally and physically. Kira is being fostered near Charlotte, NC.
