Everyone meet Sage! She is a beautiful four year old, 65lb girl who came to us in mid-December for a second chance at life. She came out of a neglectful home with several other dogs, but you would never guess that, based on her loving demeanor. Sage is the most gentle soul. She lives for cuddles, kisses, and to please her humans. She is also a quick learner, especially if treats are involved! She adjusted to her foster brothers quickly, and does well around other dogs as long as they respect her space and aren't too hyper. We are not sure how she reacts around cats. From day one, Sage has been an angel in her crate and has always known to go potty outside. She has learned to be gentle when taking treats out of our hands. She can be a bit jumpy at times, mostly when greeting us when we've been gone. With that being said, she's proven to handle being home alone for 8+ hours without incidence. Sage is happy wherever her humans are, whether it's being lazy at home or running errands. She doesn't really care for toys, but loves bones and frisbees! Sage is ready for her forever home and we can't wait to see her continue to blossom! She is being fostered near Charlotte, NC.
