Hi, my name is Kylo Ren but everyone calls me Kylo! I’m the sweetest, goofiest, and possibly the most handsome 2.5 year old boy you’ll ever meet. I’m around 80lbs and very smart. I know tons of commands and I’m getting better at responding the first time you ask, just make sure you have snacks! I also love to sing; at the dog park, on walks, at home; maybe we can harmonize sometime! My singing often intimidates people and other dogs, so gently remind me that there is a time and place, not all the worlds a stage! I know to sit, lay down and come and I do well in my crate. I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking of me when you tell me to stay, but with enough treats I’ll figure it out! I love to play with people, and dogs, and toys. I constantly have a stuffy in my mouth, you can’t have my stuffy but I need you to know I have it, I will show it off! I prefer not to be alone, so a companion would be best; except no cats. I really can’t stand cats. Having a walking buddy has also made me want to pull less on the leash. This being said, I need a German Shepherd savvy owner. I had an unpleasant experience with another dog while out on an adventure, so now I’m a little on guard when meeting new dogs. My foster family is working with me, but I’ll need someone who understands I’ll need slow introductions until I learn to trust new dogs again. Once I know they’re friendly I’ll be their best bud and play like crazy, though. I need a lot of mental stimulation as well as a strong, but gentle leader. I will not do well with someone relying on a companion animal to keep me in check. I am being fostered near Raleigh, NC.
