Meet Finn! This 5 month old handsome young boy is all sweetness, kisses, snuggles, and love! He is the poster puppy for a family dog and would be the perfect pet for a child/children to grow up with. He is happiest in the company of other dogs and his tail is always wagging! Currently, Finn lives with two female German Shepherd mixes and a cat. He likes to play with both dogs and cats and is incredibly respectful of them. He knows the sit and down command and will take treats gently. He responds immediately to the word "no" when doing something he shouldn't. He is crate trained and sleeps all through the night without making a peep! During the day, when the crate door is open, he'll go in to just hang out, so he knows it's a safe place. He shares his toys and has no issues with resource guarding. He also is doing well with house training and is on a consistent schedule. Finn rides well in cars and loves the outdoors. He's a natural on the trails and friendly with everyone he meets! He'd make a fantastic addition to an active family who hike, camp, or backpack. Bonus: he is a moderate energy puppy! For a puppy, he is wonderfully calm! Inside buildings, he's a little on the shy side when first meeting people, but gradually warms up to them. Being fairly new to this big world, he's still learning so much and needs a family who will continue to help him gain more confidence. At home, he is quiet, yet alert. It's not often Finn barks, but when he does, he has a big boy bark! When one thinks of the ideal family dog, from outdoor adventures, snuggling with the kids, to playing with other dogs/cats, it's Finn!
