Hi! My name is Rocky. I am a two-year-old, 65lb shepherd boy. I am housebroken and crate and pet bed trained. I know how to sit, stay, lay down, give paw, up, down, crate, and lay in bed. I am both a people pleaser and a very treat driven pup. My foster family has been working on me with my manners, and I’m making progress, but could still use some work. I do have some stranger danger and I'm learning to be more confident with strangers. I get treats everytime I meet a new person and it’s going well. I love going on walks and I don't pull much at all with a martingale collar. I'm good with other dogs as long as I'm properly introduced and they are full sized dogs like me. I dont play well with smaller dogs, because I don't understand the size difference. My foster family has a full-size shepherd and a gsd puppy and I get along great with both of them. I struggle to understand why their pet Chihuahua doesn’t want to play with me, though. I really would like a home who has another active dog that I can play with, or someone with the time to take me on walks and play ball. I bring the ball back every time and I'm getting good at catching Frisbees on the fly. I have a ton of energy, so I’ll need to have a 6-foot fence in the yard so I can run freely. I am very intelligent, obedient and learn quickly. I already understand dinner rules, sleeping rules and what is and is not a toy. To recap, my perfect home is as a single dog with an active family, or with other full size dogs, children 10 or older, and a fenced yard.
