~~Hello! My name is DANDY!  My foster mother thinks I am WONDERFUL!  I am full of energy, curiosity and love to run, run, run!  I enjoy playing with my plush and squeaky toys and will steal your heart, and possibly your fuzzy slippers if you don’t explain to me why I can’t have them.  They are soooo similar to my toys! I also love chasing my ball in the back yard and am working on the art of bringing it back to whomever throws it for me.  I recently met the kids next door and thought they were FANTASTIC!  I have not yet met any cats, so there’s no telling what I may think of them.  I currently reside with an energetic two year old fur foster brother and two ten year old fur foster brothers.  I love, love, love to play with the two year old.  My two older fur foster brothers don't like me jumping all over them so I have learned to respect their space and leave them alone.  I am pretty good at sitting, especially if in anticipation of my ball to be thrown. 

I am working on my leash manners – if there are no distractions, I do pretty well.  If I see another dog, well, I want to go meet that dog and can drag my foster mom around because I am so excited!  I still have lots of work to do but she has plenty of faith in me.  I am a really good girl.  I love my room and my crate.  I go to my room on my own during the day just to catch a nap or relax.  I'm also housebroken and don't mind getting my nails trimmed.  I share my toys, treats and food easily with other dogs.  I do huff and puff when one of my fur foster brothers tries to go into my crate, though.  I currently weigh 50 pounds and the vet says I am a beautiful, healthy, 8 month old girl.  Think I would make the perfect addition to your family?  Please complete an adoption application.  I am being fostered near Fayetteville, NC.
